MATRIX SYSTEM-DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS ON THE DOMESTIC ECONOMIC PROCESSES OF TRADE ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article reveals the essence of the method is system-matrix diagnostic analysis, formulated his goal. Determined and the main stages of the system-matrix diagnostic analysis. The technique of the system-matrix of the diagnostic analysis of the impact of environmental factors on the internal business processes of commercial enterprises. Developed and presented the structural and system-logic matrix diagnostic analysis of environmental factors influence the formation of the strategic objectives of enterprises in the sphere of trade, in the context of the following successive stages: the formation of an environment indicators system; formation of a system of internal sectoral indices trading enterprises; validation of the initial information, which is included in the matrix model; Preliminary evaluation of the results (calculation of initial parameters change in the index); calculation of target elements of a square matrix, forming the matrix of the index dynamics of the target elements; calculation of the absolute values of the dynamics of the target cells, the formation of the matrix influence the results of the index of the matrix; study of the influence of environmental factors on the amount of change in the target elements of the matrix; consideration of the effect of environmental factors on the formation of the strategic objectives of enterprises in the sphere of trade. The proposed method is system-matrix of the diagnostic analysis of the impact of environmental factors on the internal business processes of commercial enterprises allows you to distribute the powers for effective action, as well as to detect inconsistencies and discrepancies, determine the strategy of smoothing the negative impact of environmental factors on the internal business processes of sale in order to maximize profits of business entities. In the complex it allows business entities in trade determine and shape the strategic goals of its operation and development in dynamic environments.
