Measurability and objectivity of crisis management effectiveness

Abstract
Measurability effectiveness of crisis management is a complicated matter. Its necessity is determined defense resources spent on prevention, education and rescue equipment components. Contribution indicates the direction and the way it could move in a serious effort and calculation efficiency systems and their comparison between countries. Paper is focused on objectivity of measurement in general as a result of own reflections towards this topic.<br/><br/>
