Measurement of the chaotic gas bubble formation using LabVIEW
Journal Title: Bulletin of the Military University of Technology - Year 2014, Vol 63, Issue 3
Abstract
The article presents the results of research on the prevalence of deterministic chaos during the formation of gas bubbles. In order to measure the time of the formation of gas bubbles a test bench was built. The research allowed us to determine the bifurcation diagrams for cylindrical and conical nozzles. Bifurcation occurs and it causes that we can see two points for the same gas stream. The system loses stability gradually until the appearance of chaos, i.e., the total instability of the system. Keywords: deterministic chaos, bifurcation, bubbles

Recent trends in studies on polymer — dispersed liquid crystal composites
The paper presents a review of results of studies in the field of PDLC material science and physics obtained during last few years and shows the main fields of interest in that subject. It covers an application of new po...
Realization of coprocessor which supports counting of discrete logarithm on elliptic curves with partial knowledge
In this paper we analyse realization of a coprocessor which supports counting of discrete logarithm on elliptic curves over the field FG(p), where p is the large prime, in FPGA. Main idea of the realization is based on u...
Shot-peening effect on the structure, microhardness, and compressive stresses of the austenitic steel 1.4539
This article presents shot-peening effect on the structure, microhardness, and compressive stresses of the austenitic steel 1.4539. The research shows strengthening of the top layer and the formation of compressive stres...
