MEASURES BY CUSTOMS AUTHORITIES OF UKRAINE TO FACILITATE THE PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Abstract
This article is devoted to the study of customs measures for protection of intellectual property in the movement of goods across the customs border of Ukraine. The content of the measures set out in Chapter 57 of the Customs Code of Ukraine. The issues of practical implementation of the provisions of customs legislation governing the use by income and fees measures aimed at protecting intellectual property rights and the ways to overcome them.
