Measures of nontariff regulation, which are applied when moving scrap metal across the customs border of Ukraine

Abstract
The present article is devoted to application of measures of nontariff regulation by authorities of revenues and fees when moving scrap metal across the customs border of Ukraine. The attention is focused on the absence of a legislative definition of “customs-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity”. It is proved that for the import of scrap metal Ukraine adheres to the policy of free trade, and export of scrap metal from Ukraine is characterized by a policy of containment.
