MECHANISM OF NATIONAL IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL LABOUR STANDARDS

Abstract
The article analyses the mechanism of implementation of international law, including international labor standards at the domestic level. Grounded position that the implementation of international labor standards carried out by both international law and domestic legal means. The value of international legal means is, firstly, to create conditions for their proper implementation of international labor standards states that have already through national means to implement them in their own legal systems; secondly, the possibility of their impact on the implementation by states of their international obligations, including in the field of labor relations. National implementation of international labor standards proposed seen as law-making, organizational and executive activities competent public authorities to create conditions for effective application of international law in the state aimed at the actual implementation of the country assumed international obligations in the field of labor relations. It is proved that an effective mechanism for national implementation of international labor standards are the basis for the implementation of international standards in the legislation of Ukraine qualitative measure of effectiveness which stands prevalence implementing rules implemented in practice succeeding system for protecting human rights and freedoms.
