Mechanism of providing and realizing the main duties of man and citizen: separate aspects.

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the features of the right consolidation of the mechanism of providing and realizing the main duties of man and citizen in Ukraine, including the analysis of the available legal basis. At the same time, an attempt is made to determine the main approaches of the legislator to the construction of a mechanism of providing and realizing the main duties of man and citizen, enshrined in the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine. The main shortcomings of the approach to the legal consolidation of the mechanism of providing and realizing the main duties of man and citizen in Ukraine are revealed.
