Mechanisms regulating economic relations in housing-and-municipal services

Abstract
Article is devoted to an actual problem of formation of mechanisms regulating economic relation in housing-and-municipal services. The inconsistency of mechanical carry of the competitive environment in sphere of housing-and-municipal services from the commodity market is opened. Reference points on use of the effective regulating mechanisms working by a principle of automatically adjusting systems and satisfying business interests are determined.
