Abstract
The article presents current development trends related to European regulations concerning agricultural property trade. The legal instruments proposed by the European Parliament and the European Commission, which which are supposed to preserve the agricultural character of the property, has been presented. These regulations should help farmers to keep their jobs. They also recommend creating strict supervision over the turnover of agricultural real estate.<br/><br/>
