MENADŽMENT U ORGANIZACIJI SPORTSKIH KLUBOVA U VREMENU DEREGULICIJE U OBLASTI SPORTA

Abstract
Authors in this contribution examine problem of using modern technics in scope management in sport. On base of wider making research of fi nancial problem sports clubs, we came to the next facts and indicators which make possible to make some suggestions how to make sport organization like independent fi nancial institution on example FK “AS”. And to improve that amater sport can operate from start fi nancial independent from state institutions and city and such that club can invest and realize income by which it can be pay costs (regular costs, expert support, rent and other). Accent is given on investment problem in sport clubs because all property that are invested in clubs is consider like society property and investment on long term is not protected, so entrepreneur who would like to invest in sport have not motivation. I think that this time it will be a small contribution to solve leading problem.
