Meningkatkan Intention to Revisit Melalui Keunikan Jasa Pariwisata & Destination Image: Studi Kasus pada Big Event JFC

Abstract

Tourism has an important role as a magnet of domestic and foreign tourists to visiting. Jember Fashion Carnaval (JFC) in addition to contributing as a magnet of domestic and foreign tourists also has an important role not only in the regeneration of city business, but also significantly contributes to the image of Jember Regency as one of the tourist destinations. The purpose of this research, to: (1) Know the influence of the uniqueness of tourist services to destination image; (2) To know the effect of destination image on intention to revisit; And (3) to know the effect of tourism service uniqueness to intention to revisit. The sample in this study, is all domestic and foreign tourists that has been a visitor at big event JFC (Jember Fashion Carnival) in Jember Regency at least 2 times and has been aged approximately 18 years and over. This research uses path analysis to explain the influence and relationship between variables. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the uniqueness of tourism services has a significant effect on the destination image, (2) the destination image has a significant effect on the intention to revisit, and (3) the uniqueness of tourism services has a significant effect on intention to revisit.
