Metaphorical Usages Of President-State-Public/Vassal Relation-ship In Siyasetname

Abstract
Siyasetname type of works (book of goverment) have been written in the history of Islamic political thought. These are written in a plain language and written works of a cautionary nature for them to the Sultan. These Works Express the features the Sultan should have and will ensure a sense of justice among the people to be processed and handled. These Works also advocate single management as a political system (monarchy). In these works sultan, state, public and folk were often resorted with metaphors. The shadow of the Almighty, the shepherd, the captain of the ship, gardener, tree trunk, the sun are the metaphors used for the sultan; as to the state; lot, ship, tree, garden, etc. metaphorical expressions are used.
