Methodical Aspects of Creativity Stimulation for the Purposes of Innovation Development

Abstract
The paper analyses a pressing problem of creativity stimulation for the purposes of innovation development. Creativity stimulation is analyzed as an element of an organic system and can be accepted as recourse development having a big influence on all elements of organic systems for creativity development that covers recourses, processing, results and consumption. The article analyzes relation between the level of employee’s creativity and an environment provided for creativity development in an enterprise. The classification of the methods stimulating creativity is present based on the analysis of 12 wildly used methods and is oriented toward innovation development. Proposals for how to use the methods of creativity stimulation for the purposes of innovation developments are presented. Article in Lithuanian.
