Methodical features of building the insurance companie`s rating systems

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of features of rating systems of insurance companies construction in Ukraine. The concept of insurance company's rating is given in the article and the legal basis for conducting a rating appraisal of insurers is defined. The common features of building rating systems by the authorized agencies and the main shortcomings of these systems are highlighted here. The quantitative indicators that are used in the methods of rating the insurance companies are defined and the methods of analysis of these indicators are disclosed. The ways of improving the methodology of building rating systems of insurers in Ukraine are offered.
