METHODOLOGICAL BASES FOR EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF EMPLOYEES OF EMPLOYEES OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
In this article the methodical approaches of different authors concerning the estimation of the enterprise are systematized. Today there are a large number of unresolved issues in the field of job incentives and motivation for enterprise workers. Therefore, the improvement of the system for assessing the effectiveness of staff incentives, the search for new solutions, the study of world experience will increase the interest of employees and increase the economic effect of the enterprise, will determine their impact on the performance of the enterprise.
