METHODOLOGICAL BASES OF ECOLOGICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF WASTE STONE PROCESSING FACTORIES

Abstract
It’s studied the methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the use of waste as secondary raw materials stone processing enterprises. It was found that special attention should be given the use of a balanced scorecard that enables: defining indicators and their target values and methods of calculation, the cascading of strategic goals, making a plan of strategic actions and the definition of strategic objectives in the use of stone processing enterprises waste. It was determined that the stone treatment companies , which themselves carry out the reuse of waste have a high rate of cost recovery income , and non-waste production ratio is close to 1.
