METHODOLOGICAL BASIS OF THE RESEARCH OF HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article deals with the conceptual provisions of the methodological nature of the research on the management of human capital of the enterprise and provides a theoretical basis for its further analytical study. From the standpoint of the integrated approach to scientific knowledge, the essence of the methodology, its main elements (method, principle) is specified. The significance of the methodology of management as an integral part of the general methodology is determined. The essence of the management methodology is positioned as a doctrine of managerial activity, its goals, objectives, tools and means of achievement. There are substantiated components of the methodology of human capital management of the enterprise in the structure of the paradigm (the conceptual scientific model on which the research is based), the key problem of management (the definition of the main problem, the consequences of which are significant for the modern functioning of the object of management and hinder its further development), the theoretical basis of the study (the main theories on which the research is based), the goals and objectives of the study (reflect the expected final and intermediate results of the study), the research object (determines the focus of the process of knowledge), methods, principles, and approaches (methods and rules of cognition of reality, which are determined by the prevailing level of knowledge in the subject area of research, the specifics of the research object and the direction of its program of knowledge), the area of application of the scientific development and its practical results (the potential areas of realization of scientific knowledge and their results). The content of the components of the methodology of human capital management of the enterprise is determined. The main theories that serve as the basis for the formation of the methodology of human capital management research (neoclassical economic theory, human capital theory, organizational theory, systems theory, management theory, strategic management theory, risk theory) are systematized. Directions of realization of the basic provisions of the theoretical basis for the tasks of this research and further development on the basis of their results of the theory of human capital in general are determined. The results of systematization of the research principles of management of human capital of the enterprise are presented in the section of general and applied principles, the potential areas of their application are determined.
