METHODOLOGY AND LEGAL PROVIDING OF TRANSPARENCY PRINCIPLE IN THE NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article the author studies the legal aspects of National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine transparency principle. The author analyzes the approaches of correlation between the transparency principle and the related legal principles and defines its content, considering specifics of nature of National Anti-Corruption Bureau. Among other things, the author proposes the solution for some problems of legal regulation of system, legal procedures, openness, transparency and awareness in National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
