Abstract
This paper explores teaching methods for students in the field of energy engineering, with a focus on developing interpersonal and technical skills. The application of project-based learning methods and the assessment of individual student competencies are evaluated in the context of contemporary enterprise requirements. The role of interpersonal skills and the importance of technical knowledge for the successful implementation of projects in the energy sector are analyzed.
