METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY OF THE CIVIL LEGAL REGULATION OF RISK OF A DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY IN THE FIELD OF NORMATIVE ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with the possible problems of studying the issue of compensation for damage caused by the local selfgovernment body in the field of rulemaking activity in contemporary Ukrainian realities. The main research vectors and methods for achieving the research objectives were identified based on the norms of domestic legisla- tion, the available achievements of legal science and legal practice material.
