METHODS FOR FINDING GEOACOUSTIC EMISSION IMPULSES BASED ON SPARSE APPROXIMATION AND CLUSTERIZATION ALGORITHMS
Journal Title: Вестник КРАУНЦ. Физико-математические науки - Year 2013, Vol 2, Issue
Abstract
The sparse approximation is a powerful instrument for time-and-frequency signal analysis. This publication outlines use of matching pursuit method for finding impulses in geoacoustic emission signals. Designed algorithm was tested on actual data.

CENTER BASED CLUSTERING AND AVERAGING AGGREGATION FUNCTIONS
We propose a new clustering method for partitioning of finite sets from Rn, which is based on the application of averaging aggregating functions and an iterative re-weighing method for searching cluster centers.
ABOUT ONE CLASS OF BOUNDARY TASKS FOR THE EQUATION OF THE FOURTH ORDER OF PARABOLO-HYPERBOLIC TYPE IN PENTAGONAL AREA
In this paper, a number of boundary tasks for the equation of the fourth order of a parabolo-hyperbolic type look (a1 ∂/∂x+b1∂/∂y)(a2 ∂/∂x+b2 ∂/∂y)(Lu)=0 is put in pentagonal area. Unequivocal resolvability of one of put...
ESTIMATION OF MOTION PARAMETERS OF AN OBJECT MANAGED BY A DISTRIBUTED ACCELEROMETRIC SYSTEM
The analysis of the existing methodological apparatus of the use of accelerometric systems in inertial navigation is Carried out, its limitations are shown. The technique of optimal error dispersion to minimize the use o...
CLIMATE VARIATION AS FLICKER NOISE
Climate variation during the last 700 – 800 kyr is known to reveal some periods of the temperature fluctuation. It is during about 100 kyr when temperature is slowly lowering, glaciation, and then it quickly raises resul...
METHOD OF MONITORING OF UNDISTURBED RADON FLUX DENSITY FROM THE SOIL SURFACE
The results of analysis of existing measurement methods of radon flux density from the soil surface were presented in this work, and the revealed disadvantages of the methods were indicated. A new method of monitoring of...
