METHODS OF FORMATION CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE BODIES IN DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES OF THE WORD AS THE MAIN PRECONDITION OF ENFORCING THE PRINCIPLE OF INDEPENDENCE OF CONSTITUTIONAL JUSTICE

Abstract
The article analyzes the problems of order and methods of formation of constitutional justice bodies in the democratic countries of the world as the main preconditions and safeguards to ensure compliance with the principle of constitutional independence. Of particular importance acquires such a guarantee for countries with European model of constitutional justice, which function to carry out the constitutional justice has specially created for this body, formation of which will have a direct impact on its future activities.
