METHODS OF MONITORING QUALITY OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF FUTURE QUALIFIED EMPLOYEES IN PROFESSIONAL AND TECHNICAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article reflects the author's vision of monitoring the quality of the training of future skilled workers. The emphasis is placed on the fact that monitoring is a systemic phenomenon in which the purposefully interacting controlling and controllable subsystems are organically interconnected. It represents a specially organized, carefully planned, managed process. The method of conducting this type of monitoring in vocational schools, which is implemented through a set of appropriate monitoring measures, is described. A detailed program of monitoring activities for teachers and students is presented. The role of regional educational and methodical centers of vocational education in monitoring qualitative training of future skilled workers is highlighted.
