МЕТОД КОРЕКЦІЇ ІНТЕГРАЛЬНОЇ НЕЛІНІЙНОСТІ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКИ ПЕРЕТВОРЕННЯ ПРЕЦИЗІЙНИХ АНАЛОГО-ЦИФРОВИХ ПЕРЕТВОРЮВАЧІВ

Abstract
There is made analysis of methods of identification the integral nonlinearity of conversion characteristics of analog to digital converters. There is proposed and investigated the new method, which is based on measurement the output voltage of voltage divider with four resistors in the condition of changing the sequence of resistors. It provides high accuracy of identification the integral nonlinearity of conversion characteristics of analog to digital converters in the points generated by voltage divider. The proposed diagram of voltage divider and multiplexing circuit provides generation of five testing points uniformly distributed via range.
