Metoda analizy ruchu drogowego na podstawie zachowania użytkowników sieci telefonii komórkowej

Abstract
Artykuł ten poświęcony jest możliwości wykorzystania informacji o przemieszczaniu się użytkowników sieci telefonii komórkowej do analizy sytuacji na drogach objętych zasięgiem tej sieci.W pracy przedstawiony został formalny model danych lokalizacyjnych dostępnych w sieci, model drogi jako linii łamanej oraz model pokrycia drogi zasięgiem telefonii komórkowej. Przy użyciu wymienionych modeli sformułowany został problem uzyskiwania informacji o ruchu drogowym.Artykuł zawiera propozycję metody wyznaczania informacji o ruchu na podstawie strumienia danych lokalizacyjnych. W celu wstępnej weryfikacji zaproponowanej metody, wykonane zostały obliczenia dla trasy Kraków-Zakopane, dla danych zebranych z sieci jednego z operatorów telefonii komórkowej. Wyliczona informacja drogowa została porównana z, uzyskaną na podstawie przejazdu testowego, informacją referencyjną.
