MICRO ANALYSIS OF POLICE CORRUPTION IN INDIA

Abstract
In India, one of the most corrupt departments is Police. They are to maintain the law and order in the country, but they totally polluted towards corruption. It will spoil the natural justice to the poor people. Today, no citizen is entering without fear in the police station even though they may have justice to their problems. A new household survey released by Transparency International reports high levels of corruption in public institutions in South Asia. In that, Police emerge as the most corrupt department. Thus, the researcher picked this topic to study and analyse it in micro basis. This study attempts to deal with types, situations and remedy to overcome or to control the corruption in an effective manner.
