MILESTONES OF WIDER BLACK SEA REGION IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FIRST DECADE OF THE XXIST CENTURY

Abstract
The Wider Black Sea Area and the dynamics of its security environment attract not only the interest of Europeans, who must solve the geopolitical dilemma related to it: integration and stability vs. disintegration and latent conflicts, but other specific questions. This article offers some milestones about this issue.
