MILITARY CRIMES AS AN INTERNATIONAL JUS COGENS

Abstract
The article explores the concept and content of the concept of jus cogens norms, violates the norms of jus cogens in international humanitarian law, reveals war crimes as international crimes of jus cogens. The author of the article also paid special attention to judicial practice in violation of the rules of jus cogens and war crimes, as well as the connection between these concepts and the principle of universal jurisdiction.
