Military technical policy: problems of equipping armed forces with aviation armament, military and special equipment in conditions of resource constraints

Abstract
A systematic analysis of various factors influencing the military-technical policy that emerged in recent years when solving the problems of equipping the armed forces with aircraft weapons systems, military and special equipment in the context of resource limitations has been carried out. A methodical approach to assessing the military-technical policy is shown on the basis of the risk theory.
