Minimum core obligations of states regarding public health.

Abstract
The article analyzes the provisions, primarily, of international human rights treaties, concerning minimum core obligations of States regarding public health. The category of “minimum core obligations” had been investigated, it’s features are determined. A list of minimum core obligations of States is given based on the understanding of public health as a science and art of disease prevention, life extension and health promotion through organized efforts of society, and as a national health system.
