Abstract
Досліджено особливості трансформаційного та трансакційного секторів економіки. Виділено трансакційні види діяльності в Україні, до яких запропоновано відносити підприємства готельного господарства. Проведено аналіз тенденцій розвитку підприємств готельного господарства. Визначено фактори виникнення трансакційних витрат на підприємствах готельного господарства в розрізі економічних, правових, організаційних, психологічних, технологічних і соціальних груп.
