Abstract
The article is sanctified to research of the custom formalities related to custom registration, which is executed in case of arrival/ of leaving of ship of the foreign swimming in port/from port. It is set that declaration of ship of the foreign swimming that is used exceptionally for carrying passengers and commodities through the custom border of Ukraine comes true without the grant of customs declaration. Attention is accented on the special attitude of custom toward such document as obligation about the re-export (re-importation) of ship of the foreign swimming.
