Model de analiză a investiţiilor în mediul incert

Abstract
În acest studiu ne-am propus să analizăm situaţia în care un proiect de investiţii se realizează într-un mediu incert. În fapt, oricât de multe date am avea la dispoziţie, pe parcursul derulării unei investiţii, apar şi elemente incerte. Un mediu economic determinist, deşi presupune anticiparea costurilor, tot pot să apară şi elemente de risc. Însăşi definirea riscului, ca element incert, îndeamnă la stabilirea unui model pe baza căruia să se identifice toate variabilele şi corelaţia dintre acestea. Sunt cazuri când mediul economic este nesaturat din punct de vedere monetar-financiar şi de aceea aceste momente trebuie identificate, cuantificate şi controlate. Pe această temă am identificat indicatorii utilizaţi pentru fundamentarea deciziei de investiţii în mediu incert. Vom defini conceptul de mediu incert şi va fi analizată perspectiva previziunii cash-flow-urilor şi riscului. Am acordat atenţie şi ratei de actualizare a proiectelor de investiţii, ca urmare a apariţiei unor variabile aleatoare riscante. Studiul este completat cu modele practice de analiză.
