MODEL OF FUTURE MASTERS’ ECONOMIC COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT OF MANAGEMENT BY AUTHORITIES OF THE STATE BORDER GUARD SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Based on the analysis results of different approaches to pedagogical modeling, the theoretical substantiation of the structural and functional components of the author's pedagogical model of future masters’ economic competence development of management by the authorities of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine was carried out. The model consists of target, content, procedural, control and evaluation blocks. In the model, the development of the investigated quality is carried out in three stages: motivational-preparatory, organizational-pedagogical, evaluation and correction. The suggested model is implemented in educational activities by introducing pedagogical conditions. This model is an effective means in the system of preparing an economically competent future officer of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine authorities.
