Model of Future Teachers' Scientifically-Research Culture Formation in the Conditions of Higher Pedagogical School

Abstract
The article substantiates the topicality of the problem formation of scientific research culture of the students of higher pedagogical school, the necessity for creation of an appropriate educational strategy under the conditions of higher education fundamentalization and universalization. It is emphasized that under the conditions of globalization of higher education, when knowledge becomes its important resource and the focus is not only on the object of gnostic-cognitive process, but also on the personal markers of its subjects, the scientific potential of future teachers is considered to be the highest level and their qualification characteristic. The purpose of the article is to reveal the conceptual, content and technological aspects of the model being developed, considering socio-cultural and pedagogical challenges. Considering the current trends of higher pedagogical school (globalization, humanization, cognitive polymodality, coherence, integration, intensification, continuity), the model of a pedagogical system is developed on the basis of a polyparadigmal approach. The model includes invariant and variant educational strategies and is created as an integrative unity, a cultural-scientific-educational environment. The functioning of such an educational space becomes possible under the conditions of realization of principles of cultural compatibility (values and principles of education adequate to modern culture), productivity (transformational actival character of education), multiculturalism (diversity and plurality of values, forms of activity), integrity (personality, pedagogical process, pedagogical technologies, content of education). The content of professional training is determined. Its originality lies in the synergetic unity of fundamental, cultural, general scientific, methodological and ideological directions which will guarantee a researching teacher’s harmonious formation of individual and personal potential.
