MODERN AND NATION STATE: CONCEPTUAL BASES AND PROSPECTS

Abstract
Article is devoted to the protection the idea of saving the state as an institution. The main idea focuses on changes in the postmodern era that led to the collapse not only the state one, but to the need of change the model of the nation state. It was found that the model of the modern state is built on a supranational basis.
