MODERN APPROACHES TO CORPORATE DECISION-MAKING: THE ROLE OF BIG DATA AND LEADERSHIP

Abstract
In this article, updated perspectives to key corporate decision making as regards the leaders and big data analytics have been presented. It is argued that leadership can be viewed as a complex skill, that seeks to develop and motivate people and to bring in success to an organization through being proactive, imaginative and strategic. At the same time, big data analytics is viewed as a process of making sense of massive volumes of data in order to unlock insights for the organizations, track development, manage assets, and prepare for possible setbacks. To combine leadership qualifications with data-based approaches, so as to improving decision making, competitiveness and accreting growth in a restless business environment, is the objective many of the organizations concentrate on.
