MODERN ECONOMIC CHALLENGES OF KAZAKHSTAN: ORIGIN OF RISK ASSESSMENT

Abstract
The article reveals the issues of economic challenges facing Kazakhstan from the historical and economic point of view. The historical background of the economic stages are analyzed by the author: Pre-Industrial Stage, Industrial Stage and Post-Industrial Stage. Also, the author makes attempts in analyzing and giving deep economic and personal views on world’s outstanding works on economic analysis.
