Abstract
Эта статья представляет обзор парадигмы исследований структуры капитала, заложенной теоремой Миллера-Модильяни. Исследование включает краткое изложение истоков вопроса структуры капитала, значения теоремы Миллера-Модильяни для современных исследований, и их современного состояния. Статья также предлагает пост-советским (и, прежде всего, отечественным) исследователям более широко использовать теории и методологию, соответствующие современной парадигме.
