MODERN PEDAGOGICAL TECHNOLOGIES OF FUTURE PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS’ TRAINING IN THE CONTEXT OF NEW UKRAINIAN SCHOOL

Abstract
Technological literacy and teacher’s culture are the relevant issues in modern science and practice of pedagogical education, as a great majority of graduates at the pedagogical institutions don’t know the methodology of organizing learner-centered, democratic and humanistic process of education. The purpose of state politics in the sphere of education is to create conditions for the person’s development and creative self-realization of each citizen in Ukraine, to educate the generation of people who will work effectively and study in their lifetime, keep and multiply the values of national culture and civic society, develop and strengthen independent, democratic and legal state as an integral part of European and world community. The issue of implementing the modern pedagogical technologies in the educational process is highlighted in the works by T. Baibara, M. Vashchulenko, L. Vyhotskyi, I. Gudzyk, D. Elkonin, O. Savchenko, K. Ushynskyi and others. The purpose of the article is to characterize the modern pedagogical technologies in future primary school teachers’ training, taking New Standard of Primary Education into consideration. Pedagogical technologies are a complicated system of tools and methods, which are united by prioritized comprehensive purposes, conceptually interrelated targets and content, forms and methods of organizing educational process, where each position marks the rest that makes a certain combination of conditions for pupils’ development. Pedagogical technology is a model of mutual learning and pedagogical activities and conducting of educational process by providing comfortable conditions for pupils and a teacher. The author concludes that the development of new educational system, which is oriented to integrating to the world educational process, requires the essential innovative changes in future specialists’ training in any sphere. The feature of this primary education trend is a real variety and the search for new technologies. It is obvious that these trends will be saved and improved, as it is integrated indicator of democracy and humanization. That’s why the urgent requirement for training future teachers to implement innovative educational methods is comprehensive development, creativity and critical thinking while solving pedagogical problems. Making innovative model of the educator helps to understand the targets and train the professional educators for primary schools who are able to use creatively the obtained knowledge and skills and to implement modern content, pedagogical techniques and innovative pedagogical technologies in their professional activities.
