MODERN PROBLEMS OF KYRGYZ HEALTH CARE
Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2025, Vol 4, Issue 1
Abstract
This paper examines the current problems of the healthcare system in Kyrgyzstan, which have a significant impact on the availability and quality of medical services. The main problems include insufficient funding for the sector, staff shortages, poor quality of medical services, limited access to care in rural areas, epidemiological threats, lack of attention to mental health and corruption. An analysis of these factors shows the need for a comprehensive approach to healthcare reform, which should include improved financing, infrastructure development, advanced training of medical workers and active community involvement in health issues. Solving these problems is key to ensuring a decent level of medical care for the population and increasing the overall efficiency of the health care system in the country.
