MODERN TECHNOLOGIES IN THE ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES OF HOTEL AND RESTAURANT BUSINESS

Abstract
The article discusses the possibilities of enterprises in the hotel and restaurant industry to increase competitiveness in the market and bring the quality of services closer to European standards. Proved the need to improve the management system to account for the efficiency and reliability of information. This should be done with the help of appropriate modern technological solutions. The software package YouControl is considered as software that allows identifying unscrupulous contractors of the external environment. It has been proven that previously obtained information on the financial condition, reliability and financial stability of potential partners allows us to assess the prospects for cooperation with them already at the stage of developing a strategic plan. Increased use of software products will allow hotel and restaurant businesses to build an effective development strategy, reduce financial risks and incur lower financial losses, relying precisely on a preliminary assessment of potential partners.
