MONITORING AND EVALUATION THE OPENNESS OF UKRAINIAN REGIONS AS A KEY COMPONENT OF THEIR COMPETITIVENESS

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to monitoring of the openness of the regions of Ukraine on the basis of the integrated and systematic application of the results of international ratings, indexes and statistical indicators. According to the results of calculations and observations, the dynamics of changes in the indicators of regional openness as the basis of their competitiveness in the regions in the conditions of financial and information crises is objectively determined and evaluated.
