Morphological and Biochemical Evaluation of Progression of Chronic Hepatitis Associated with C Virus

Abstract
The article deals with the morphological features of the liver tissue and changes in the metabolism of extracellular matrix components during progression of chronic hepatitis C. There has been carried out the comparison of computer morphometry of histological liver samples as an additional method of objectification of morphological study and and non-invasive markers of fibrosis.
