MOTIVATION READINESS OF STUDENTS TO THE FORMATION OF CREATIVE PERSONALITY CHILDREN OF THE SENIOR PRESCHOOL AGE

Abstract
The article highlights the problem of preparing future educators for the formation of the creative personality of a preschool child. The purpose of the article is to disclose the methodology of motivational readiness of students to the formation of the creative personality of children of senior preschool age. The need to provide positive motivation for this type of training of pre-school education specialists is proved. The methodology of motivational readiness of students for the formation of the designated quality of children of the senior preschool age was developed, which included: a set of methods and techniques, interdisciplinary, individual, educational and professional tasks aimed at developing the motivational sphere, the use of trainings aimed at interacting with the preschool child in simulating experimental situations with children, solving problem situations, business games, exercises. The specifics of the organization of the process of formation of the child's personality in the conditions of a pre-school educational institution are revealed.
