MOTIVATIONAL ASPECTS OF ORGANIZING AND CONDUCTING CONTROLLING ACTIVITY AT MACHINE-BUILDING ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The expediency of introducing controlling activity at domestic enterprises of the machine-building industry has been substantiated. The concept of controlling the conditions of operation of enterprises, its practical efficiency in improving the management system is substantiated. The motivational aspects for implementation of controlling activity in the system of management of enterprises in the industry with the isolated structural control unit are revealed. The results of the survey of the management personnel of the enterprises of the branch concerning their view on controlling activity in general, its functional role and purpose, the expediency of the proceedings at the enterprise are given. Principles and criteria of estimation of economic efficiency of introduction of controlling activity are offered.
