Możliwości rozwoju branży budowlanej w woj. opolskim

Abstract
W sekcji „Budownictwo” wyróżnia się następujące działy: roboty budowlane związane ze wznoszeniem budynków (dział 41 ), roboty związane z budową obiektów inżynierii lądowej i wodnej (dział 42 ) i roboty budowlane specjalistyczne (dział 43 ). Przeprowadzone badania miały na celu: identyfikację zmian zachodzących w budownictwie w kontekście regionu, analizę kondycji finansowej przedsiębiorstw branży budowlanej przy użyciu wskaźników finansowych oraz określenie perspektyw dla branży budowlanej. W badaniach wykorzystano dane pozyskane z Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego oraz Monitorów Polski B. Analiza empiryczna bazowała na wskaźniku lokalizacji, a także na wskaźnikach należący do grupy zadłużenia oraz płynności.
