Nadzór korporacyjny w sieciowej formie koordynacji gospodarki i zasobowej koncepcji przewagi konkurencyjnej

Abstract
The primary differences between the network forms of the economy coordination and the coordination within the market and the internal organization hierarchy are characterized in the first part of the review. Reserve concept of competitive superiority, and modern models of management were discussed in the second part of the article. Next parts of the manuscript are dedicated to the analyses the dilemmas of corporate governance institutions adjustment to the above-mentioned conditions, with particular reference to the Polish system of corporate governance.
