Abstract
Cardiac arrest is the biggest challenge facing medical staff. During the management of cardiac arrest, despite stress, they must use all their knowledge and skills to help the patient. An Emergency Medical Services (EMS) nurse has the necessary qualifications and responsibilities, and therefore is an important element of the EMS in Poland.
