НАМІНАЦЫІ АСОБ У ПОЛАЦКІХ ГРАМАТАХ: СЕМАНТЫКА, СТРУКТУРА, ФУНКЦЫЯНАВАННЕ

Abstract
The article is devoted to study of nominations of persons revealed in the Polotsk Charters of different geanres (1269–1513). It is noted that the contents and purpose of these texts caused 1) belonging of personal names to socio-political, legal, economic, professional and productive vocabulary groups, 2) absence of persons nominations by physical and intellectual features, character traits, appearance. Nominations of persons were monosemantic, they were expressed by nouns and rarer by substantivized adjectives, served more often as nominations of males, were a part of two-word combinations, many of which were characterized by sustainability, stability, regularity of use; as a rule, they were fixed in other old Belarusian written language monuments of different genres and illustrated norms and rules of business communication in its written form. The study results will be used in solution of pressing issues of historical lexicology, phraseology, stylistics of the Belarusian language.
